FAQ

1. Does “Door to Door” shipping include insurance?

Not automatically. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms mean the seller pays for transport and duty, but insurance is still a separate component. Unless explicitly stated as “CIP” (Carriage and Insurance Paid To) or added separately, your goods may be uninsured. Always ask your Dantful.US expert to add “All-Risk Insurance”.

2. What if my goods are damaged upon arrival at the Amazon FBA warehouse?

If you purchased insurance through us, take photos of the damage immediately before full unpacking if possible, or as soon as discovered. Keep all packaging. Notify us within 3 days. We will help you file the claim with the insurance company.

3. Can you insure fragile or hazardous goods?

Yes, but rates and conditions vary. For fragile items (glass, ceramics), professional export packaging is strictly required. For Hazardous Goods (batteries, chemicals), we need the MSDS to approve coverage.
